By purchasing any product, service, subscription, or executing any transaction on our platform, you agree to this Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to:

  • Purchase of unlisted shares / pre-IPO securities
  • Transaction facilitation fees
  • Premium Insights subscription plans
  • Research, analytics, and digital reports
  • Any paid digital services offered on the platform

2. Unlisted Share / Pre-IPO Transactions

Due to the nature of private market transactions:

  • All confirmed share purchase transactions are final.
  • No cancellation is permitted once funds are transferred and transaction is initiated.
  • No refunds shall be processed once shares are transferred or the transfer process has begun.

Refund may only be considered if:

  • The transaction fails due to non-availability of shares.
  • Regulatory restrictions prevent completion.
  • Payment is deducted but the transaction is not initiated.

Market fluctuations or change of investment decision do not qualify for refunds.

If eligible, refund shall be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

3. Transaction Facilitation Fees

Any platform, processing, documentation, or facilitation fees charged:

  • Are non-refundable once the transaction process is initiated.
  • Cover operational, compliance, and administrative costs.

Voluntary withdrawal by the investor after initiation does not qualify for refund of fees.

4. Premium Insights Subscription (Digital Product)

Premium Insights Subscription provides access to:

  • Exclusive research reports
  • Market analysis
  • Pre-IPO intelligence
  • AI-driven financial insights
  • Data dashboards
  • Investment tracking tools

As this is a digital product with immediate access, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

Once access credentials are issued or content is accessed, cancellation or refund will not be permitted.

4.1 Subscription Cancellation by User

Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time via their account settings.

Cancellation will:

  • Stop future billing
  • Not result in refund of the active billing cycle
  • Allow continued access until the end of the subscription period

4.2 Failed Auto-Renewal

If auto-renewal fails due to:

  • Expired card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Payment gateway issues

Access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

5. Duplicate Payment / Technical Error

If a user makes:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Excess payment
  • Payment due to technical error

The excess amount will be refunded after verification within 5 business days to the original payment source.

6. Fraudulent or Disputed Transactions

If a transaction is:

  • Found to be fraudulent
  • Charged back without valid justification
  • Disputed unlawfully

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate account access
  • Restrict future transactions
  • Initiate legal action

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 5 business days
  • Only to the original payment method used

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the banking institution or payment gateway.

Unlisted Edge LLP is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.

8. Taxes & Charges

Refunds, where applicable, will exclude:

  • Applicable taxes
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Statutory deductions

All adjustments shall comply with applicable Indian tax laws.

9. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be granted for service disruption caused by:

  • Regulatory changes
  • Government action
  • Market suspension
  • Natural disasters
  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control

10. Modifications to Policy

Unlisted Edge LLP reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

Revised versions will be published on the website.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Refund Request Process
